Super Satisfying Buffet

Finally made it to the weekend 😆 Celebrated a birthday by heading to Sha Tin's Palm Court. The food was satisfying, and the atmosphere was great✨ The dinner spread included lobster, foie gras, oysters 🦪, and freshly sliced bluefin tuna, showcasing the chef's impressive skills. The value for money was excellent! The chilled lobster was meaty and generously portioned. The sashimi highlight was the bluefin tuna, which was tender, smooth, and rich in flavor. The juicy scallop and botan shrimp sashimi were definitely worth it. This season featured American oysters, which were plump and had a briny taste. My favorite pairing was with lemon juice, giving a refreshing and smooth texture—I grabbed three each time 🙌🏻 The freshly seared Japanese Wagyu beef was served one piece at a time. Each piece was large, rich in marbling, and packed with beefy flavor. The foie gras was refilled quickly and freshly seared upon order.
