The hotel is in a great location, just a few meters from the subway station, making it convenient to go to various business districts and alleys. The hotel is right next to the Shanghai Railway Station, making it the first choice for business trips. The hotel's decor is rather old-fashioned, standard, and it seems that there are many foreign guests. The waiting time for the elevator is a bit long, probably due to the large number of guests, which is understandable. The rooms are spacious and quiet, with good sound insulation and reasonable layout. However, the hygiene is a bit disappointing. The plates picked up in the restaurant were not cleaned properly, and the room needed a cup delivered by a robot, which also had stains. The breakfast is okay, the noodles and wontons are good, but the quality of the fruit is really not up to par. The melon I ate actually had a spoiled taste, which is really not worthy of the five-star name. I don't know if this is an isolated case.
