As an architect, I'll take you on a tour of this architectural complex in the Xinhua Road Historic District. 🌳🌴🌲 The second phase of the Shangsheng New Place is inspired by the "Settlement Rubik's Cube". Each building is like a Rubik's Cube, connected by high-rise corridors on the second and third floors, forming a three-dimensional walking system in the park. The staggered architectural forms create a variety of spaces between the buildings. The five new buildings continue the Bauhaus style of the first phase, incorporating historical elements and industrial-style lines. 🏊🏠🐦📖 The second phase of the Shangsheng New Place is now open. In the hot summer, you can visit the first and second phases in the evening. You can check in at the signature internet-famous swimming pool, have a drink or ice cream by the pool, visit the Tsutaya Bookstore, or play an AR interactive game in the Metaverse. The second phase has added a lot of green plant design integration, giving it a Daikanyama, Tokyo feel.
