The Jing'an one is more cost-effective and 30-50% cheaper than the InterContinental next door. The overall style of Indigo is still very trendy, with Hollywood actresses as the theme, both living and deceased. Some people are intimidated by the lady on the wall. The decoration looks a bit old, but it's still OK! We were upgraded to an open-plan suite, and the sofa and bed were quite comfortable. The bathroom is very large and the desk is spacious, perfect for business people to work. The spare parts are relatively small and come in colorful orange and green, which makes them look quite impressive. The neighborhood is quiet and the nearby Suzhou River has a nice riverside path for walking/running. The breakfast was good with a good variety of food but more Chinese style. There is a small souvenir stall that sells local items in line with the indigo brand's localization concept.
