Wyndham Grand Shenzhen Room Type The hotel is located on the 32nd floor, with an executive king room. It is very well located, just outside Exit D of Gangxia Metro Station. I saw a lot of bad reviews before booking, but the overall experience was good. I was upgraded to an executive room, the floor height was so comfortable, the room size and the view were also great. This is my first time staying at a Wyndham hotel. As the top brand of the group, Wyndham Grand is really good. The bedding is very comfortable, I especially like the cuddling pillow and the "long strip", it makes me sleep well when I hug them, I have only seen these in Zhefei before. The shampoo in the supplies also smells good, with the scent of Jo Malone blue wind chimes. The dressing table is not used at all, which wastes a lot of space. The time was tight and I didn’t get to explore the gym and swimming pool, which was a bit of a pity. The breakfast was average, with many food choices but a little less beverage options, and the taste was good but not amazing. If you have high requirements for food, you can consider not adding breakfast. In general, Wyndham Grand Shenzhen is not a new hotel. The hotel is well maintained, the lobby is not big but the service is good, however the elevator is really a complaint, it is too slow...it takes almost a minute to get to the 32nd floor.
