Shenzhen Mandarin Oriental Hotel Recommendation

I rarely leave reviews for hotels, but this one is truly my favorite among all the places I've stayed! 🥳🥳🥳🤩🤩🤩 To celebrate my birthday, my husband informed the hotel in advance, and they immediately upgraded our room without hesitation. They even placed us on the highest floor and thoughtfully asked what time we would like to check out. 🥹🥹 They directly suggested 3 PM, and we felt a bit shy but gratefully accepted their offer. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 We also booked their buffet on the 78th floor. 😍😍😍 It felt like we had the whole area to ourselves as they reserved the entire section for us and even gave us a window seat for taking photos. Their service is truly 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. The most impressive part was when we went down for the dinner buffet for three hours—they tidied up our room again during that time, leaving us pleasantly surprised when we returned. 🤣🤣 They even organized our charging cables neatly! I've never experienced such exceptional service at a hotel before. The breakfast was also absolutely amazing. I will definitely return to this hotel!
