Bayon Temple

Bayon Temple (Bayon) is the second stop for visiting the Angkor ruins, not far from Angkor Wat. It is famous for its Buddha-faced tower and corridor murals. The reliefs include two galleries, the inner gallery is carved with Indian mythology, and the outer gallery is carved with daily life, such as street scenes, fishing, festival celebrations, cockfighting, magic tricks, etc. The remaining reliefs in the temple are very different from other Angkor ruins.
