Spread over 3 levels, this is the place to go if you want to find out how the city is planned. Multi-media exhibits and giant sized physical city models explains all about the history of city planning and plans for the future. The highlight must surely be the Singapore island model at the 1st floor and CBD model at 2nd floor (with light and sound shows at certain times of day).
