Best sichuan cuisine

This is my favourite Sichuan food at - Shichuan dou hua parkroyal hotel. There are about two outlet, there’s another one at the UOB CBD, but I always come here to eat so have not tried the one at UOB. This place is really amazing! Especially for those who can take really spicy, look at the amount of chilli!! It will really burn a hole in your stomach! My fav is the 水煮鱼 and the popcorn chicken, these two dishes are the most spicy ones out of all! All the food you see are under small portions, which I think they are really generous with their portion! The only non spicy dish here is the spinach toufu, it’s always very good! Actually, we love their mall toufu as well, but we ordered too much spicy food so decided to order something non spicy. The wasabi prawn is nice as well, the prawn is so fresh and crispy from the outside! Highly recommend this place!
