Signature local prawn noodles

Located in the heartland neighbourhood of Ang Mo Kio, this Singaporean local hawker stall is known for its prawn noodles! Their broth is double-boiled with prawn shells, making it taste absolutely flavourful and hearty. You can also order additional pork ribs to your dish, although I did find it slightly overcooked as it didn’t fall off the bone as easily. But the best part is the food here is very affordable, you can get a bowl for as little as $4. The hawker centre has plenty of seats but it can get pretty crowded in the mornings and evenings!
