I've came about knowing Chocelf, an award-winning chocolate brand which is established right here in Singapore. Chocoelf is the joint creation of an experienced chocolatier and a medical doctor, both Singaporeans, who wish to share their unique Singapore-style chocolates with the rest of the world. .
