Singapore's reputation for being a cool city has been affirmed as its historic Chinatown secured the 14th spot on Time Out's list of the world's coolest neighborhoods for 2023. This recognition is testament to the vibrancy and buzziness of Chinatown, which captivates locals and tourists alike with its thriving street life, diverse culture, and delicious food scene. The selection process involved polling over 12,000 individuals on the coolest neighborhoods in their cities, with experts narrowing down the options. As well as making the global top 15, Chinatown was also the third coolest spot in Asia.
