#singapore This place has a wow factor. The 19th floor view of Marina Bay Sands and its surroundings are astounding. Service was impeccable. The angel hair pasta was one of the best I ever tasted. The halibut was perfectly done. I don't like fish that is overcooked. The duck breast did not have any gamely taste. The "melt in the mouth" beef cheek was tender and tasty. Definitely worth a second visit.
