The standout quality of the food left me convinced that Tippling Club deserves a Michelin Star. Each dish was a masterpiece, and the tasting menu struck the perfect balance between variety, portion size and rhythm (time between dishes). From the exquisite foie gras or scallops to the impeccably prepared fish and pork, every bite was a culinary delight. And let's not forget the dessert – it was truly unforgettable. Chef Ryan's attention to detail in explaining each dish added an extra layer of appreciation to the experience. It's safe to say that this meal was among the best we've had in a while.
