Check-in experience: • Communication in advance: The day before check-in, the hotel staff contacted me to ask if I had any special requests, which made me feel very cared for. • Convenient transportation: The hotel is in a convenient location, with many attractions and shopping malls nearby, making it easy to get around. • Check-in process: The check-in process was very smooth, and the service was great, making me feel at home. The hotel rooms are well-equipped, with large, comfortable beds and plenty of space. • Room facilities: The room facilities are all new, with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, an iPod dock, a safe, and a minibar.
