A gorgeous Pacific Rim cake from the new 51 Tras

This creative cafe brings several local F&B brands together in the same space, they include Tigerlily Patisserie, Ben Yeo Chee Cheong Fun and BBW by TieFunWan 鐵飯碗. The Pacific Rim (from Chef Francis Wong previously from Non Entre Desserts) is made up of Mandarin Yuzu Mousse, Milk Chocolate Curd, and Crunchy Coconut.
