Great service and atmosphere. The onsen was Japan-level hot with a cold shower and relaxing setting. The 1 hour massage was great. They hit all the right points with the right amount of pressure and during the consultation they ask what areas you want to focus on more. Overall, left feeling refreshed and a new person. Have been coming for the facial for over a year and the sessions are always nice and calming. The staff and therapists are polite and always welcoming.
