Offtrack Singapore

Since the pandemic, music hasn’t been in the scene for some time now. With recovery in sight, it seems like the industry is starting to bring back good vibes through listening. 😎 Concetualised by the co-founders of local music collective @icecreamsundays_ and @darkerthanwax, Offtrack is a new music-centric bar and restaurant, serving Pan-Asian cuisine and cult classic cocktails. 🍹 Unlike regular bars, the interior is cosy and homely. There’s even a backyard where groups can chill under the open sky. ☁️ There’s also a turntable section that’ll provide local and regional DJs with a platform to showcase their talents. We had the 𝗦𝗙 𝗦𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀, which is springy and tasted somewhat like the topping you find on 𝘤𝘩𝘸𝘦𝘦 𝘬𝘶𝘦𝘩. 🍝 The 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗽𝘆 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 were amazing and reminded us of Korean Soy Garlic friend chicken, though it’s a little bit salty. 🍗 For cocktails, the 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿 is smooth and has a minty sweet taste; tasted like a comforting drink for a cold evening. 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀 is pretty strong and has a citrusy kick to it! 🍊 #singaporetrip#cafe
