It features beautiful flower gardens and an impressive indoor waterfall. I strolled through the Butterfly Garden, surrounded by butterflies fluttering around me—it felt like being in a fairytale! I spent some time here, taking photos and enjoying the refreshing ambiance. It was hard to believe I was still in an airport. And this was just the beginning of the trip—what a fantastic start! ⸻ Bugis District: A colorful and charming area 🎨🛍️ Next, I stayed in the Bugis area, which is super convenient for getting around with MRT and buses readily available. It's also a shopping haven filled with adorable items! I explored Bugis Street Market, packed with cute things like clothes, bags, souvenirs, snacks, and toys—all at affordable prices. I also tried some street food here, and it was amazing! My favorite was the crispy yet soft green curry roti, paired with rich curry sauce—it was so good I wanted to eat it every day. The bubble tea from a nearby shop was equally delightful, with chewy pearls and fragrant tea—absolutely perfect! ⸻ A thrilling day at Universal Studios Singapore 🎢🦖 On the second day, I was super excited to visit Sentosa Island and Universal Studios! The first stop was the Transformers Ride, a realistic 3D experience that made me feel like a hero in the movie. Then, I headed to the Jurassic Park zone, where I saw giant dinosaurs doing adorable poses. The Madagascar zone was filled with colorful cartoon characters and plenty of picturesque spots for photos. In the evening, I ended the day with the Wings of Time show by the sea—a spectacular display of lights, sounds, and fireworks. It felt like watching a real-life fairytale, making the day so magical I didn’t want it to end. ⸻ Gardens by the Bay: A futuristic floral paradise 🌺🌿 I absolutely loved this place! Gardens by the Bay features towering metal trees called Supertree Grove, which light up beautifully at night, resembling twinkling stars. I explored the Flower Dome, showcasing flowers from around the world in a cool, air-conditioned space—so refreshing and relaxing. Then, I visited the Cloud Forest Dome, with its tall indoor waterfall and rainforest-like atmosphere. I took tons of photos and felt like this was the perfect way to unwind for the day. ⸻ Marina Bay Sands: A city view that melts your heart 🌆✨ Marina Bay Sands is a must-visit landmark in Singapore. I went up to the rooftop, which features an infinity pool (though I didn’t swim, just enjoying the view was enough). The nighttime cityscape was stunning, with illuminated skyscrapers reflecting on the river—it looked like a painting. I also watched the Fountain of Wealth light and water show, which was mesmerizing, and took memorable photos with the iconic Marina Bay Sands building. ⸻ Orchard Road: Shopping and adorable cafes 🛍️🍰 The next day, I strolled along Orchard Road, a shopping street lined with luxurious malls offering everything from high-end brands to cute, affordable items. Maxwell Food Centre and Lau Pa Sat are great spots for street food, offering affordable and authentic flavors.
