Xiao Long Kan

#meetsingapore My wife and I love Steamboat. We especially love those with mala soup base. Thus, when my wife got to know that there was a stall which originated from China that opened in Bugis Junction, we went excitedly to try. The name of the restaurant is called Xiao Long Kan. It serves traditional Chinese Hotpot with most authentic mala taste. The ambience was superb. Its like a modern Chinese Inn. We of course ordered mala soup base along mushroom soup base and clear soup base. We ordered some meat, Seafood and vegetables. The restaurant really loves up to its name. The food were delicious.
