#celebratewithtrip All their broth are rich, dense, thick, creamy and umami.😋 Noodles were close to slurping good and is easy to chew.The Original Tonkotsu Ramen with Ajitamago ($13.90) comes with straight-long Hakata style noodles with firm slightly eggy texture, in a milky flavourful broth that is cooked for 8 to 12 hours using a mixture of bones and meat. Plus point: the house-made chashu I had was tender without that meaty-porky taste. Some may not know that the ramen specialty store also serves up a selection of comforting donburi, including Chicken Teriyaki, Salmon, Unagi, Chashu, Aburi Salmon, Wagyu Sukiyaki and Buta Shogayaki. Good to know there are set lunches available during 11:30am to 3pm weekdays. Just top up $2 for a side (Takoyaki, Shishamo Fry, Aji Karaage, Squid Cheese, Ebi Fry, Braised Chashu) and drink. Great for the wallet.
