This time, someone helped me make reservations and I actually got a seat for the holiday afternoon tea on the 39th floor of Xiang Xiang Xinzhuang store. I was so happy! As soon as you arrive at the door, you will feel like you are in a nightclub. Seating starts at 14:30. As soon as you arrive at the restaurant, you can have a bird's eye view of Xinzhuang. It is very lively with tall buildings everywhere. It is very different from my previous impression, but it is comfortable to eat delicious food while enjoying the beautiful scenery! As soon as I sat down, I lined up in the sashimi area and saw a lot of salmon, salmon belly, tuna, scallops, sea bass... I had to grab it quickly according to my taste, otherwise I would have to wait for the next round. There was also a gentle little sister's handmade sushi area, with three kinds of flounder fins, Hokkaido scallops, and salmon belly. You can choose to grill them or have them original. I really recommend it. People who dare to eat raw food must try it! There are also hand rolls such as salmon and parent-child hand rolls and fresh shrimp hand rolls, which are also made to order. They are of high quality. I recommend it! Next is my personal favorite, the oven-roasted beef, which is about medium-rare but bloodless. The meat is really tender when dipped in rose salt or black pepper. I ate three plates of it. The pork ribs on the side looked good too, but I really didn't have room in my stomach. I'll save them for next time! The highlight is the teppanyaki area, which has open-back prawns, beef ribs, lamb ribs, and chicken thighs, but one person can only take 2 at a time, so I ran back and forth several times. The prawns were fried very delicious, the lamb ribs were also tender and juicy, and the beef ribs were also full of gravy. I only took one piece of chicken thigh, and they were all delicious. But the disadvantage is that you have to queue because you can only fry a fixed number of them at a time, and you have to wait again after you take them. What impressed me was the roast duck area. The roast duck buns were really of very high quality, no wonder there was a long queue. The Hong Kong dishes next to it included chicken feet, crab roe siomai, shrimp dumplings, beef tripe, sesame buns, and custard buns. Each one was of very high quality! Other places like grilled and fried food are also full of seafood, meat and vegetables. You can take whatever you want. It is similar to other buffets and needs no special introduction. There is also a soup area with freshly cooked beef soup and clam soup. There is also a puff pastry soup area which is often sold out. However, it is recommended to taste the soup if you have room in your stomach. The dessert section is really flawless, every dish is delicious. What’s special is that they actually have a whole piece of honeycomb that is only provided in high-end hotel buffets. You can dig it yourself and use it to pair with various fruit desserts. It’s really trendy! There are also coffee drinks made to order, and the enjoyment and sense of luxury after the meal are self-evident! It is indeed a highly rated all-you-can-eat restaurant!
