Roucifang ~ Wangpin New All-You-Can-Eat BBQ

Roucifang, which is always packed, had just made reservations a month in advance. Two people ordered the 788 yuan price tag and arranged to dine at 9:20 p.m. The service staff delivered and cleared the dishes very quickly, the grill was changed frequently, and the dining environment was very clean. The special ingredient of 788 is the "American wet-aged rib-eye steak", which will be cut right in front of you by a dedicated person just like in Haidilao. It is really delicious, not dry or chewy. Shenglong beef is just good for taking pictures, but it tastes okay too. The beef tongue is very chewy, and the peeled pepper tender shoulder beef is made by putting the peeled pepper inside the meat and roasting it together. I haven’t tried this flavor before, and it’s quite delicious. Scallops and shrimps are pretty common, and there are a lot of choices at the buffet, including pomelo-flavored radish, spicy radish, kimchi (soul), cucumbers, and three kinds of lettuce. They are fresh and clean, and the combination is very refreshing. The beef stewed in red wine was also quite delicious, but maybe it was late and there was no beef in it. I personally think the taste of the sundae is pretty ordinary, but it’s quite fun to make it yourself. Now at the self-service bar, customers are required to spray alcohol before putting on gloves, which makes people feel at ease during the epidemic prevention period. Overall, it's a good all-you-can-eat option at this price for people who only want to eat meat and not seafood or desserts. But it would be better if there were more choices of sauces! Those who like the original flavor of the ingredients will like it, while those who like marinated meat may find it just okay. It doesn't taste bad, nor amazing, but it's fresh and the price is reasonable. It’s a rare yakiniku restaurant where you won’t be filled with the smell of yakiniku after eating!
