Ambiance/Facilities - Sanmachi Street, Every turn is picturesque here in Takayama City, Gifu Prefecture. feels like you’re walking into history because of the preservation of the town construction from the Edo period. please visit this small town, it’s really pretty. This is the highlight of takayama city. Highlights - there are many food stores and sake workshop here. it probably opens at 8/9am and close around 4 or 5 here. they really focus on work life balance. must try the hifu beef nigiri.
