Mae Usu Cave

Mae Usu Cave is located in Mae Mai National Park. It is a large limestone cave. The Mae Usu River flows into the cave entrance on the southeast side and then flows out the back of the cave into the Mae Mai River on the southwest side. The distance is approximately 450 meters. The mouth of the cave is approximately 20 meters wide and 6 meters high. Inside the cave, there are 3 large chambers with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites. During the day, sunlight shines through the cave shaft and hits the sandstone, causing it to sparkle. At the entrance of the cave, there are officers to take visitors inside. The path into the cave is quite convenient. There are only some parts that require climbing over rocks. During the rainy season, the water level in the cave is so high that it is impossible to enter the cave. Mae Usu Cave can only be visited during the winter and dry seasons. #Natural attractions
