Mae Mai National Park

Mae Mai National Park has been surveyed and established since 1989. It is an agency of the National Park Division, Royal Forest Department, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives. The name Mae Mai National Park is because the Mae Mai River, which separates Thailand and Burma, is the western boundary of almost 50 kilometers from north to south. Moreover, the Mae Mai River is a unique river that flows from the south to the north. The area surveyed and established as a national park is partly the area of ​​Tham Mae Usu Forest Park and includes some areas of the Tha Song Yang National Forest Reserve. It is the Thanon Thong Chai mountain range, starting from Mae Tan Subdistrict, passing Mae Song Subdistrict, to Tha Song Yang Subdistrict, Tha Song Yang District, Tak Province.
