Amazing view from mountain top

Kyite Htee Yoe Pagoda or the Golden Rock Pagoda is one of the wonder. This should really be on your travel bucket list, if visiting Myanmar. The pagoda sits on the peak of mountain with brilliant landscapes. Amazing view. People come here from far and wide to worship and add gold leaf to the rock for good luck. Best time to visit is early morning or late afternoon in time to to catch the amazing sunset from the viewpoint so plan your visit accordingly. It's a full day out. You will need to park at the main entrance and take the local lorry to the top. The transfer itself was exciting and fun ride with great view. You can also hop off the lorry half way and take the cable to the top. Plenty of vendors and shops selling local handmade crafts and yummy treats at the top. Great experience. Highly recommended.
