I learned about this bar at a chocolate festival, and they also have a menu where you can fully enjoy cacao. I had a cocktail made with cacao pulp. If you've never tried pulp, I recommend you try this. You'll definitely be hooked on the sour, fruity flavor that you wouldn't expect from chocolate.
