The brand's founder has introduced unique Chinese culinary traditions to Taiwan. 🌟 The restaurant offers three different chicken soup bases, all simmered with 12 types of Chinese medicinal herbs. You can start with the signature Huang Da Long Hot Pot, which has a rich and tangy flavor. If you prefer something lighter and sweeter, opt for the Coconut Chicken Hot Pot. The chicken used is free-range, raised at the foot of Alishan Mountain, ensuring tender and juicy meat! Although I couldn't resist skimming off the layer of yellow oil floating on the soup, it didn't affect the delicious taste of the broth at all 😋 🌟 Even though it's summer, the sweet and sour Cantonese-style hot pot is incredibly appetizing, and everything you cook in it tastes amazing.
