As the name suggests, Torifuk Yakitori Sake Shop specializes in yakitori 🍢 and Japanese sake 🍶. There are 4 large sake cabinets near the entrance. They are classified by price. #MusicFestival After the concert, I spent a whole day recovering from the stress. I am still trying to sort out my feelings and wondering how to record them properly. If I had to describe it in one sentence, I would say it all seems like a dream, an illusory yet real dream. There are ups and downs in the dream, various faces and emotions; however, all of this, for an ordinary person like me, is a journey that I have never longed for and is beyond my imagination. If I close my eyes, there are so many images that I miss the most. First, there was the excitement when I found out we would be having a show at the Hong Kong Coliseum more than a month ago. Then came the panic and madness of being often late for singing practice after work this month and being unable to get a taxi when it rained heavily. Then there was the muscle pain for several days after my first dance practice, the running I did to prepare my body for the big stage, the tears I shed when I was worried about not being able to balance work and practice, and most importantly, all the things I have experienced together with my female singing partners. I still remember how excited we were when we first started practicing, but when we realized the venue was packed, we suddenly became confused. Then, two weeks before the performance, everyone's worries reached a peak. Basically, every rehearsal exuded negative energy. We were distracted by various small things and were very tired. It was not until after the first runthrough at the Xiqu Centre a week before the performance that I felt a little relieved, but then I immediately fell into another very strong emotion: reluctance to leave. There are so many levels to this reluctance that it is difficult to list them all, but at least it includes the reluctance to leave the days when I could concentrate on singing, the reluctance to leave a group of partners who work together to get things done, and the cherishment of myself who keeps trying to break through my old self in order to do better. As I wrote this in my diary, my eyes became tearful again.

Hung Hom, a place steeped in industrial history, boasts the impressive Whampoa Dock and a range of heavy industries. These include a cement plant, shipyard, factories, and the Hok Un Power Station. The Hok Un Power Station, owned by China Light and Power Company Limited, was established in 1921. It's a must-visit for history enthusiasts! Hok Yuen Village inspired its name. Hung Hom, a place filled with memories, was once adorned with tall chimneys and billowing smoke from the plant. In World War II, the plant's machinery was destroyed by CLP as ordered by the government to keep it out of Japanese hands. After the war, it was back in business. In 1994, the Hok Un Power Plant underwent a remarkable transformation, becoming the enchanting Laguna Verde. Today, the only reminder of its past is the street name "Hok Yuen Street."
