Wild Stream Hot Spring
One of the most memorable experiences is soaking in a hot spring in a wild stream.
Reykjadalur Thermal River is not far from the capital Reykjavik, located in Hveragerð (geothermal hot spring town), and the entrance is in the parking lot.
As soon as we got there, we saw several geothermal outlets📸. We followed the only hiking trail up the mountain. The scenery along the way was extremely beautiful👍📸, with steam curling around the mountain, like a fairyland🌹. It takes about an hour to walk there📸. Because we were in the wild, the clothes were placed by the stream and changing was also done in the open air (only wooden boards in a "+" shape covered the two sides).
