Go back in time to the American Pioneers
The Prairie Homestead, an original sod home of Mr. & Mrs. Ed Brown, was built in 1909. It is typical of the homes and outbuildings that pioneers built. This home is one of the last remaining original sod homes intact today. These pioneers played a very important part in settling the Great Plains. every part of this Homestead offers a glimpse into the history of the pioneers who traveled across the Prairie land to settle the west. you can practically hear the covered wagons and the horses as these brave pioneers cross the prairies amidst Indians and dangerous wildlife. This was one of the most educational and enlightening highlights of my road trip. #travel #wanderlust #travelling #traveller #travelphotography #instatravel #adventure #journey #travelgram #travelpassion #travellifestyle #myjourney #wonderlust #trip #ilovetravel #camping #traveling #traveladdicted #travelgoals #traveljournal #igtravel #traveladdict #travelpics #bestvacations #travelphotos #traveler #tourist #travelblog #tourism #hiking
