Day 4: Grindelwald → Grindelwald First After spending the night in Grindelwald, we headed up to Grindelwald First by gondola. The journey itself was part of the experience, with beautiful views of green valleys, traditional Swiss chalets and the surrounding mountains becoming more spectacular as we climbed higher. The weather was clear, giving us wide panoramic views across the Bernese Alps. Instead of rushing from one attraction to another, we enjoyed a slow walk through the mountain landscape, taking in the fresh air and peaceful scenery together as a family. Although it looks exciting, it's well designed and suitable for most visitors, making it a fun experience for both adults and older children. 🍴 Lunch with a View We had lunch at Berggasthaus First, located beside the children's playground. The outdoor terrace offers fantastic mountain views, while the playground makes it an enjoyable stop for families travelling with young children. It was a relaxing place to recharge before continuing our day. 🚠 Return to Grindelwald After lunch, we spent more time enjoying the scenery before taking the gondola back to Grindelwald. I'd love the mountains and especially here in Switzerland. Mountain climber will have a great time around the Säntis. It's an fantastic view. I don't climb but I love to got to the top.
