Secret Swims & Stone Bridge Feels at Cabril do Ceira
#summervacay Cabril do Ceira in Lousã is seriously one of those “how is this even real?” spots. It’s this super cool natural swimming hole hidden in a little gorge, with clear, fresh water and this old stone bridge that makes the whole place look straight out of a fantasy movie. Totally peaceful and kinda magical.
Getting there takes a bit of a drive down twisty roads, but once you arrive, it’s 100% worth it. The water is cold but super refreshing, especially on a hot day. You can swim, chill on the rocks, or just float and take in the forest around you. There’s even a small waterfall trickling down the rocks if you explore a bit further.
It’s not very touristy, which is awesome, feels more like a local secret than a big attraction. Definitely bring snacks, water, and maybe water shoes if you're planning to explore the rocky edges. Cabril do Ceira is that perfect mix of nature, peace, and a little adventure. Loved it!
