2026 Lustenau Travel Guide: must-see attractions, popular food, hotels, transport & travel experiences (updated in July)

There is not so much to do but all kinds of restaurants there! We went to China Garten which was full of Swiss and some Austrians! They have an all you can eat buffet at a reasonable price. However it is western Chinese food! Go to the Blue Square (Blauer Platz) which is really painted blue and is a kind of main square with some shops and restaurants! Next to it is the Saint Peter and Paul church! Go to the Old Rhine river for hiking! All further attractions are close by like the Lake of Constance or the mountainous surrounding either in Austria🇦🇹, Liechtenstein 🇱🇮 or Switzerland🇨🇭 ! All within 30 minutes drive!

What is special about this Hotel? Its location! Yes, in one day you can visit 4 countries: Austria, Switzerland, Germany and tiny Liechtenstein! But it is most convenient by car! The hotel is very modern and the usual Holiday Inn high standard! The rooms are stylish and there is a water heater, coffee and the! I got a gold member welcome drink and I chose a glass of Austrian wine which was quite good! Touchdown in Lustenau for a quick stopover on my journey to Serfaus! Day 1: Arrival Checked in at Amedia Lustenau, Trademark Collection by Wyndham (Millennium Pk. 7). The lobby is modern, staff super welcoming, and my room was sooo good—fresh, comfy, and perfect for recharging after a long day. Parking is stress-free with lots of free outdoor spaces and a paid underground garage. Driving fam, you’ll love it! Electric car peeps: hotel garage has you covered with charging stations. ⚡️🔌 Day 2: Breakfast & Onward Started the morning with hotel breakfast. The buffet gets mixed reviews—some folks say it’s hit or miss—but I found enough options to fuel up before heading out. Loads of variety, so you can definitely find your faves! Foodie Tip: Right across the street there’s this epic Italian restaurant. Trust me, the pasta and pizza are pure fire! 🍝🍕 Pro Tips: · If arriving late, heads up: Sometimes the nighttime key service can be tricky—so double-check check-in instructions to avoid any room-access drama. · The hotel location is ideal for a chill stopover.
