There are plenty of animals to touch and feed, making for a very interactive experience. There are numerous play areas and parks, though some lacked benches, which was a bit disappointing. The tractor ride was enjoyable, and the staff were all friendly and quite knowledgeable. Some parts of the park are hilly, so it might not be ideal for those with walking difficulties, but the park itself is fairly compact. There are many safe spots for children to play, including a mini fairground with crazy golf and sledges. We checked out the indoor climbing center, but it’s only suitable for 3-11-year-olds, and adults aren’t allowed inside. Sadly, our two-year-old couldn't join in. Adding a tiny tots' ball pit or play area inside could be a great addition. Toilets are plentiful and clean, and there are handwashing stations conveniently placed around the park for use after touching the animals. The food was reasonably priced at the cafe—the homemade sausage rolls were absolutely delicious! There were also sandwiches, cakes, crisps, and more available in the barn. Outdoor picnic areas are available (both covered and uncovered), which provide a good variety of spots to enjoy your own food. One suggestion: it would be nice to have a snack hut near the sledge area with hot food options like hot dogs, as it’s quite a walk back to the barn for food. Overall, this is a great value for a full-day outing that kids, particularly those aged two to eleven, will enjoy. I’d definitely visit again!

Customers can purchase the train tickets from Trip.com and choose the trains from St Pancras to Luton. After arrive at Luton, customers need to purchase the shuttle tickets to airport (about £5). We chose this hotel because it was near Offley Place, where we attended a wedding. The property is undergoing renovations and will soon become a Holiday Inn. The room was excellent, featuring AC, a walk-in shower, a fridge, an iron/board, and a safe. However, the main area felt somewhat dim without ceiling spotlights. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the bathroom sink, but the manager compensated us for this issue. The staff was incredibly helpful. Breakfast was included in our package and offered a wide variety, including a pancake machine. Guests could also order omelets and porridge, which were delivered to the table. While the hotel was very clean, we did encounter flies in the bread bin during our second breakfast. They promptly removed the bread and provided fresh slices. Amenities like a gym and microwave were available. Some construction was visible near the odd-numbered bedrooms, but the noise was manageable. Despite some minor flaws like the hot water problem and breakfast issue, I would recommend this hotel.

We had a very comfortable night's stay and left our car during our week-long holiday. Real value for money. The reception team called a taxi to the airport for us, and everything went smoothly. The rooms were lovely and clean, the breakfast was good, and Maria was incredibly helpful and friendly. She truly made our stay exceptional. Highly recommend this place if you're traveling from the airport—stress-free and a great experience.

Road trip to Luton

I was initially unsure about booking due to some reviews, but overall, this hotel turned out to be a good choice. The twin room was lovely, equipped with a working TV and everything we needed for the night. Though we arrived late, the bar was too crowded to grab a drink. The shower and toilet were nice, but the sink plug getting stuck was a minor annoyance. The location was convenient, with easy parking and check-in, perfect for my stay before an early flight. In the morning, a small to-go breakfast with fruit, pastry, yogurt, and juice was provided, which was handy. The bus stop nearby runs every 20 minutes or so. We didn’t encounter any problems during our stay.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made everything effortless. We got there quite early, but they quickly arranged bag storage, upgraded our room, and provided clear instructions for our airport transfer—including breakfast for our early 6:30 a.m. departure!
