Shiyou Village is located in a small basin surrounded by mountains, with Mount Wenfeng in the east, Gushinao in the west, Mount Xinghua and Eagle Beak Rock in the north, and Heshi Stockade in the south. Baizhang River flows around the south of the village, and Rao San Highway runs through the north. The total area of the village is 11.5 square kilometers. Shiyou Village is an ancient village inhabited by the Jiangyou people. The village is large in scale, with crisscrossing lanes and well-preserved houses, including 29 buildings from the Ming Dynasty and 17 buildings from the Qing Dynasty. The village has ancient buildings such as the Nuo God Temple, the former site of Taiyin Temple, the East and West Ancestral Halls, Shimufang, the Zhenjun Temple, the Fuzhu Temple, and the Shishantang. Shiyou Township Nuo is representative of Nanfeng Ancient Nuo. The Nuo rituals, Nuo dances, Nuo masks, Nuo costumes, Nuo music, and Nuo instruments retain more of their original morphological characteristics. It is a microcosm and typical example of Chinese Nuo culture. It is the fifth batch of Chinese traditional villages.

The old house of Wu Linghua in Shiyou is the former site of the General Political Department of the Shiyou Red Army. The building faces north and south, has a brick and wood structure, three openings and two entrances, and is overall in the shape of an "concave" character. It is symmetrically arranged along the central axis and is divided into a porch, left and right wing rooms, and a hall. The width is 13.85 meters, the depth is 9.6 meters, and the construction area is 133 square meters. A key cultural relic protection unit in Jiangxi Province. On February 9, 1933, the First Red Army, under the command of Commander-in-Chief Zhu De and Political Commissar Zhou Enlai, began to advance towards the Nanfeng area and attack the Nanfeng county seat. However, they were unable to capture the county seat due to the overwhelming strength of the enemy. On February 22, the First Red Army learned that the First Column of the Central Army was preparing to reinforce Nanfeng from Yihuang and Le'an areas, and that the main force of the Second Column was concentrated in Nancheng, attempting to engage in a decisive battle with the Red Army in the Nanfeng area with the support of the Third Column. Zhou Enlai and Zhu De took into account that the Kuomintang army was densely populated and there was no guarantee of victory in attacking the reinforcements, and a decisive battle with them in the Nanfeng area would be even more disadvantageous, so they decided to withdraw the siege of Nanfeng County and lure the enemy deep into the Soviet area. During this period, the General Political Department of the Red Army was stationed here. There are still two Red Army slogans left in the old site, which read: "The Red Army is the workers and peasants' own army! The White Army is the warlords' army!" and "Eliminate all reactionary factions!" The signatures are: "General Political Department of the Red Army, General Political Department of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army."

Built during the Qing Dynasty, the Yaopu Sanxian Palace faces east and sits west, with a depth of 16.5m and width of 14.3m. It features a two-wing brick and wood structure with a flush gable roof and through-tenon wooden frame. A rain shelter pavilion, approximately 6m in diameter and supported by two stone pillars, sits elegantly above the front and rear eaves of the courtyard. During Taoist ceremonies, the three immortals were temporarily enshrined here after being brought from Junfeng Mountain, hence the name "Sanxian Palace" (Palace of Three Immortals). Many of the building's brick walls are inscribed with the characters "Xiantan" (Immortal Altar). It is now a key cultural relic protection site in Nanfeng County.

The Hu Family Ancestral Hall in Qiawan is located in Qiawan Village, Qiawan Town, Nanfeng County, Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province. Facing the Canglang River and backed by Maopeng Mountain, construction began in 1608 (36th year of Wanli reign) and was completed in 1620 (48th year of Wanli reign). The ancestral hall faces south and sits north, with the Canglang River in front and Maopeng Mountain behind. It measures 35m wide and 53m deep, covering an area of 1,600 square meters. The complex features three halls and two courtyards, with seven rooms across its width, and a hard-top roof built in brick and wood structure. The main entrance has three parallel doors with a hard-top, double-slope roof in an outward-spreading design. A pair of stone lions stands beside the middle gate. Each side gate features a pair of drum-embracing stones carved with flowers representing the four seasons - spring, summer, fall, and winter. The front courtyard measures 14m in length and width. On both east and west sides of the courtyard are corridors supported by 4 stone pillars and 3 moon beams. The middle hall features a beam-lifting wooden structure in the center, with four-room-wide through-tenon wooden structures on both east and west sides. The upper hall serves as the Hu family temple, housing ancestral tablets of past generations, and shares the same structural design as the middle hall, with a beam-lifting wooden structure in the center and three-room-wide through-tenon wooden structures on both sides. Corridors connect the middle hall and the courtyard. The ancestral hall preserves a Ming Dynasty stone imperial edict tablet. The stone tablet measures approximately 90cm in length and 45cm in width, with traditional Chinese characters for "Imperial Edict" clearly and powerfully engraved on both sides. It is designated as a key cultural relic protection site in Jiangxi Province.

Since Nanfeng is the hometown of tangerines, there are certainly more places to enjoy orange blossoms and tangerines. Apart from the century-old tree kingdom mentioned before, there is no national gift garden.
