The aroma of the spices was prominent, and the authentic flavor was incredibly delicious. On the recommendation of the staff, I added the optional Raita (yogurt sauce). Adding it made the dish refreshingly light, offering a delightful change in flavor. I enjoyed it till the very last bite without getting tired of it. The portion size was generous and satisfying, making it a dish I’d love to come back for. The restaurant is stylish and cute, making it highly recommended for girls' lunch gatherings! In Ogawa Town, Saitama Prefecture, there's a cafe 【Branch School Cafe MOZART】 Renovated from the abandoned Ogawa Elementary School's former Shimozato branch. It's a cafe with a nostalgic landscape that's quite charming. The lunch menu features dishes made with organic vegetables from Ogawa Town. The 'Daily Shimozato Set Meal' seems to be popular. When we visited, it was already sold out, so it's recommended to make a reservation in advance! There are also other meals like the fried bread set meal, which let us relive the nostalgia of school lunches. In the schoolyard, there are swings and jungle gyms left behind, where adults can return to their childhood, and children can play to their hearts' content. In early spring, the schoolyard is filled with blooming cherry blossoms!
