[Hawaii] An incident where you can't see the ocean from an ocean view room!
I was surprised to learn that ocean view does not mean you can see the ocean from the room. Also, there was a very mean Japanese staff member, which was disappointing. I can only think that two young women came to stay and were ridiculing us.
When I booked an ocean view room and checked in, I couldn't see the ocean at all, and when I asked to change the room assignment, the Japanese staff member said in an overbearing manner, "If you can see the ocean from the balcony, it's an ocean view."
"I'll take a look, but it's not that different anywhere," he said, and we were changed rooms, but the range of the ocean you can see from the balcony varies greatly.
However, there were other rooms with ocean views, and when I was discussing changing rooms with the staff member next to me, he laughed meanly and mockingly, saying, "But it's just one night at the ocean, right? (laughs)," as if the people staying in low-grade rooms for a short time were not guests, and I could hear the conversation, which ruined my trip.
Also, I expected a buffet and ordered breakfast, but I only got one sandwich and one drink at the cafe in the lobby. There are no amenities such as toothbrushes, cups, cutlery, or bathrobes, only towels and bathroom amenities, so if you are expecting a luxurious experience because the hotel is custom-made, you should definitely not stay here.

After posting this review, I received a reply from the accommodation in the comments section saying "Please contact us," so I sent the same message via email, through the reservation agency, and through all the contact details listed, but even though a month has passed since my inquiry, I have not heard anything.
I contacted the accommodation reservation person and they confirmed that my email was received, and they contacted the front desk team and said they had been contacted, but I have not heard anything at all.
Do they think that if they ignore us, we will just give in and not complain? ? Their rudeness makes me question their humanity.
