Kenting has beautiful scenery and is a great place to relax. The sun, sand and waves are refreshing. I stayed in a comfortable B&B and tasted fresh seafood and local snacks. Snorkel and cycle around during the day, and enjoy the lively atmosphere on the streets at night. The overall journey is full of energy and is perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city for a short while.

#Taiwan Seaview Accommodation Actually, I would rather stay at Caesar Hotel, but Chateau Hotel is the only one in Kenting that has its own beach. My companions insisted on staying at a seaside hotel, so we had to pay a little more. The location is good, just a 50-meter walk to Kenting Street, so breakfast, lunch, dinner, supper and drinking are no problem. Actually, the hotel is very beautiful from the outside, and the rooms are a bit millennial style. I have picked a super luxurious sea view room which costs about HK$8,000 for three nights...anyway, when I walked by and looked to the left, I saw the largest bungalow, wow! It's really quite eighties. The beds are never as good as those in chain hotels. But it's so chill to bathe in the sea. But the rest is really first-rate, and the price is justified. Just walk out to the beach. There are many water activities to experience on the beach (some of which require payment), such as surfing/sailing/dragon boat boarding/water cycle/SPA/indoor pool/volleyball, etc. There is a gym, and pools for both adults and children. Maybe on a summer weekend, the price for Hong Kong people is about the same as flying to Thailand. But if locals drive here, they will find it cheap, so most of the customers are Taiwanese.

You can also contact Chateau to buy tickets for Chateau's own bus. The price is about the same as the Kenting Express. The disadvantage is that there are few buses and the time is not flexible. The advantage is that it is convenient and goes directly to the hotel entrance. You can also take the bus at the hotel entrance when you leave. If you are leaving, it is not convenient to take the Kenting Express. You have to walk to the station at the intersection at the entrance of Kenting National Park to take the bus, but there are many buses and seats. Pu Luo Pavilion is at the farthest end from the front desk, so when you come back from Kenting Street, you can call a shuttle bus at the front desk to send you to the room. The attitude of the waiters is superb! Each room is equipped with brand new beach slippers for everyone to go to the beach. There is an ice machine on each floor. You can use an ice bucket to cool down your wine and eat snacks while lying down in the sea breeze at night. It's really relaxing. A five-star recommended hotel. I really like it.
