It was a good experience overall, all the good reviews what we read were true. Hotel staffs are quite flexible, we got early check-in even though the hotel was super full (as we could see there was literally a queue to checkin and checkout. Housekeeping staff were prompt and polite. Good breakfast spread. To add-on, there are some old reviews which talks about unavailability of English channel, but we got the English channels with good movies playing throughout, though the TV is super old. #malaysia

Ambiance/Facilities - Kazuma the Japanese cuisines by Concorde Hotel is a charming and serenity quiet dining place, offering the most authentic traditional Japanese foods. They have variety of choices in menu, from sushi to main dishes, the taste were really nice and delicious. Highlights - the salmon fish is very fresh and yummy. Avg. Price per Person - affordable price.

Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur located on Jalan Sultan Ismail. The Concorde Hotel parking area is located in a building connected to the hotel building. From the parking area, we need to go through the swimming pool to get to the hotel building. Upgrade to a Premier Room type smoking room (you can smoke in the room and there is a cigarette holder provided). According to the hotel staff, even though it is a smoking room, there is no smell of cigarettes and we can change rooms if there is a smell of cigarettes. Accommodation here includes breakfast. Many food options are available. Overall, I felt comfortable throughout my stay at Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious. My first time staying in this Concorde Kuala Lumpur for my family trip. Awesome staffs and very helpful indeed. Easy and fast check in. Safe carpark although you have to walk a little to go to the lobby.Good security. Very clean room. Near amenities, eateries and mall because its centrally located in the middle of KL.Kudos to the staffs. From the hotel reception to the restaurant staffs, every one was so helpful and made us felt absolutely welcomed. This time we stayed at the Premier Room which entitled us to some exclusive benefits only for Premier guests, like complimentary buffet breakfast at Spices Restaurant, access to Premier Fitness Centre, Premier cocktail with complimentary snacks and drinks (on weekdays) and many more.
