The OFW lounges are located in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, open 24/7, and equipped with amenities such as charging stations, Wi-Fi, resting areas, and free snacks. These facilities were created as part of a collaborative effort involving the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) and the Department of Migrant Workers to honor OFWs, often called the country's "modern-day heroes." The lounges are designed to accommodate around 200 passengers at Terminal 3 and offer a stress-free waiting experience before departure. Plans are underway to expand similar lounges to other major airports like Clark, Mactan-Cebu, and Davao.
