I stayed at the Hilton Nagasaki when I went on a trip to Kyushu with my mother. My mother had told us in advance that it was my birthday, so there was a heartwarming message card and flowers in the room as a token of appreciation! It was a long trip, so we weren't able to bring the flowers back with us, but we were delighted with the hospitality. The bed was fluffy and comfortable, and the amenities and the view from the window were the best. You can receive your key and towels by telling the receptionist your room number and the facility you wish to use at the hotel on the 6th floor. To get to the bathroom, open the door, take off your shoes at the entrance, and go to the changing room. There are plenty of sinks and lockers. There is a water server and towels, so you can enter empty-handed. Photography is prohibited inside the bath, so go through the entrance when there is no one around. The bath itself is very compact. There is a bathtub about 6 x 1.5 meters, a cold bath, and a sauna! Early in the morning it was quiet and comfortable!
