Beijing Expo Hyatt Hotel - Basic Suite Experience
Staying at the Expo Hyatt in the off-season, the hotel contacted me in advance, proactively upgraded the suite, and if the guest lounge was not open, they would send a Chinese restaurant set meal, which was well arranged. The check-in at the hotel was super smooth, the reception was very enthusiastic, and a lot of drinks were stuffed back to the room, and a ticket for the Expo Lantern Show worth 140 yuan per person was also given. The duty manager Jin Sen Zhang's service was so touching that it really brought Hyatt's service spirit to the extreme, it's worth a thumbs up!
The hotel lobby is designed with a holiday feel, the mountain-shaped dome and the ground stone carvings complement each other, and the combination of gold, stone, and wood not only shows the style of the Expo, but also retains the characteristics of Hyatt. The front desk is on the right hand side of the entrance, the concierge department is on the left hand side, and there is a dragon year layout in the center. The lobby is full of sunshine during the day, warm and comfortable, and there are three-color parrots, which are particularly pleasing.
The banquet hall is super large, the chandeliers inside and outside are extraordinary, and the gorgeousness is amazing. The conference reception capacity is absolutely top-notch. The gym uses a full set of Technogym equipment, which is fully equipped and quiet. There are few people staying in the off-season, and as a global guest, I feel like I am being loved by thousands, and I feel a bit noble. This time I stayed in a basic suite, which is said to be 80 square meters, but it feels bigger than the actual one. It is located on the highest 8th floor of the hotel, and I am already quite satisfied. The suite layout is square, with a standard one-bedroom, one-living room and two-bathroom design. Unfortunately, there is no separate cloakroom, so I can only make do with the corridor from the bedroom to the master bathroom.
The guest bathroom is on the left hand side of the entrance, and it is also equipped with a smart toilet lid. The living room is super spacious, with a mini platform, a four-person dining table can also be used as a desk, and the reception area has a sofa combination that can seat 6 people. There is a capsule coffee machine in the mini, Danning tea bags, free water is Nongfu Spring, the small refrigerator is empty but you can take it in the lobby.
Outside is a large terrace, connected to the bedroom, you can see the hotel and the opposite Expo landscape, and you are lucky to see the beautiful sunset. The bedroom has a bed end stool, the background wall highlights the plant characteristics of the Expo, and there is a transparent glass design between the master bathroom. The master bathroom is reached through the open wardrobe cloakroom.
The master bathroom has double basins, the washstand is spacious, and the large-size bathtub of Toto is super comfortable, and it is also equipped with bath salt. The shower room has a footstool and plenty of hot water. However, the shower system feels average. The master bathroom also uses a smart toilet lid and a mobile phone shelf. The space is so spacious that it is very comfortable to live in. The occupancy rate in the off-season is pitifully low, and the hotel can still maintain the service level without dropping the line, which is really a rare good place.
