Juan Chuo Station West Exit Store is just a 5-minute walk next to Kagoshima Chuo Station. On weekdays, there is already a long line of people even before the doors open at noon. I was lucky enough to eat without making a reservation. Most of the store has private rooms and only a few tables and chairs. Ordered the signature black pork shabu-shabu and fried pork cutlet Order shabu-shabu here and enjoy royal treatment🤣 It includes pork plate, vegetables, 6 kinds of salt, pickles, rice, ramen and desserts As soon as the table was served, it felt like the entire table was almost full. 6 different salts can be added to the bowl for dipping according to your preference.
