If there's a place or family activity that I would highly recommend in Malaysia, that would be to visit Kota Tinggi Firefly park. It's not to be missed because one can really see many fireflies during the tour and they are just so beautiful as they shine like little stars in the night. The whole firefly tour takes about 45 minutes on a boat ride and it will take you to a water area where the trees and branches are swamped with fireflies. It's a beautiful sight. Life jackets are also given when we onboard the boat, to ensure our safety. My kids and I were fascinated with the fireflies and everyone was not allowed to catch or touch them. After the tour, you may even purchase a wish lantern and let it go into the sky, after writing all your wishes. It was an amazing experience for my kids and i, as it's their first time seeing fireflies and letting go of the wish lantern. #wecreate
