1. Basic information:

2. Transportation Guide:
• Public transportation: From downtown Qingdao, you can take the subway to Huangdao District and then transfer to the bus. For example, take the subway to Longwan Station, then transfer to bus No. 501 or 701, which runs every half an hour on average.
• Self-driving: You can drive along Binhai Avenue to reach the scenic area. There are many parking lots at the entrance of the scenic area, making parking convenient.
3. Tour route:
• After entering the scenic area from the main gate and walking along the main road, you will first see the Imperial Palace, where you can briefly learn about the relevant historical background.
• Then arrive at Xu Fu Hall, learn the story of Xu Fu's voyage to the east, and appreciate the architectural style and related exhibitions inside the hall.
• Then you pass the cloud ladder. The steps here are quite steep and you need to pay attention to safety when climbing, but at the same time you can also feel the hardships that the ancients went through in building Langya Terrace.
• After climbing the ladder, you will arrive at the Guanlong Pavilion, where you can overlook the beautiful scenery of Long Bay below the mountain and feel the magnificence of the sea.
• Afterwards, head to Wangyue Tower, where King Goujian of Yue climbed to the top to miss his hometown. Learn about the historical story of King Goujian of Yue while enjoying the surrounding sea views.
• Continue walking and you will see a group of sculptures that vividly depict some scenes and characters from ancient times.
• If your physical strength allows, you can choose to walk down from the top of the mountain along the Qin Imperial Road and experience the unique charm of the road that Qin Shihuang took when he climbed the Langya Terrace. Or you can take the sightseeing bus on the left side of the entrance directly to the group of sculptures, and then choose to tour in the opposite direction according to your interests.
4. Highlights:
• Langya Culture Exhibition Hall: Located on the hillside to the east of the west gate of the scenic area, the architectural style is that of the Qin and Han dynasties, with black tiles and red pillars and a simple shape. The museum displays the historical changes of Langya Terrace, important historical figures and unearthed cultural relics. Through the visit, you can gain a deep understanding of the cultural heritage of Langya Terrace.
• Pajiaogou: On the east side of Langya Cultural Exhibition Hall, it is said to have been formed by Qin Shihuang stamping his feet. There are gurgling streams, clumps of wild roses and dense chestnut trees in the ditch, where you can enjoy the cool in the summer and pick chestnuts in the autumn.
• Qin Imperial Road: This is the road that Qin Shihuang walked on when he ascended Langya Terrace. The rebuilt imperial road has black square brick pavement in the middle, granite steps on both sides, and stone guardrails along the roadside. Walking on the Imperial Road, one can hear the unique sound of footsteps, as if stepping on water, which is consistent with the saying that Qin has the virtue of water.
• Longwan: Longwan, located northeast of Langyatai, has clear water and fine sand, making it a great place for travel and leisure. Here you can stroll on the beach, bathe in the sea and enjoy the beautiful sea view.

• Some sections of the road in the scenic area have steep slopes, so it is recommended to wear comfortable sports shoes or hiking shoes.
