|To shop at the duty-free store, I simply booked a hotel in Haitang Bay for one night, which was a great opportunity to check out the villa hotel of the 'principal's house'. The former Wanda Reign was Conrad, which was later acquired by Wanda. It is now also the venue for Wang Sicong's birthday parties. 1️⃣ The hotel is in a great location, only a 5min drive from the duty-free city. It's also close to Atlantis, and you can see fireworks at night. There are also many great dining options nearby. The hotel's rooms are all villas, including semi-detached and detached ones. Because they have been around for a while, the room facilities are a bit old, but the views and privacy are excellent. We booked a seafront detached villa, which was super quiet and serene, with its own outdoor oversized swimming pool, offering extreme privacy, perfect for a vacation!🏖️🥥 2️⃣ There is a private beach, and it takes about 5min to walk from the villa to the seaside. The scenery along the way is great, with the zodiac animal head fountains and some exquisite sculptures. The coconut groves and the p2 path along the way are super photogenic.🛟 There are lifeguards at the beach, so you can play with peace of mind. 3️⃣ The overall service of the hotel is very good. You can call for a hotel cart at any time, and takeout can be delivered to the villa door 24h, which I absolutely love! 4️⃣ The buffet breakfast is available from 7:30 am to 12 pm, totally in sync with the vacation sleep-in rhythm. The breakfast variety is very rich, with steak, Wenchang chicken, Eggs Benedict, black truffle omelette, cheese sausage, and more, fearing you won't eat well... ❗❌ The only downside is, there are too many bugs❗ Please make sure to bring mosquito repellent, and remember to close the door❗ Otherwise, you'll be feeding the mosquitoes❗❗ 😤😤😤 Life advice: When going to the duty-free shop, make sure to plan ahead, get the coupons, and shop with a plan. It's best to ask the service desk for a guidebook first, otherwise, you'll end up like me, lost in the duty-free shop with nothing to show for it! Sisters who are only into fragrances really don't need to go, I looked around and didn't see any bargains to pick up.
