[The only one in the world] Horseshoe crab museum
I found my favorite museum 😝✨
The Kasaoka City Horseshoe Crab Museum in Kasaoka, Okayama Prefecture, is the only museum in the world themed around horseshoe crabs.
The building has a unique shape that resembles a horseshoe crab, and inside you can observe live horseshoe crabs and see dinosaur skeletons!
The adjacent Dinosaur Park has life-size dinosaur models on display, making it popular with families.
The playground equipment is also dinosaur-themed, so your kids are sure to be excited 😆
It's easily accessible, about 20 minutes by bus from JR Kasaoka Station, get off at the "Horseshoe Crab Museum" stop, and it's about a 2-minute walk from there.
Please come and visit!
