The small cushion by the side is what we loved. The bathroom comes with a long bathtub that is great for us to use our bath powder. Highlights - The location is great. It is about ten minutes walk to the berjaya times square. The times Square mall is near the train station too. There are few dining options within the hotel itself. We had a lovely time in Kuala Lumpur staying in Mercure Hotel Shaw Parade. The location is quite central and yet it’s quiet. It’s 5 minutes walk to Berjaya Times Square Shopping Mall, around 10 minutes to Pavilion Shopping Mall and many other famous locations like Jalan Alor for all the delicious seafood and local delicacies. Near the hotel, there’s coffee shops and restaurants too. Train stations are a short few minutes walk away so it’s very convenient to move around Kuala Lumpur and places out of the city centre. The room is modern, spacious and very clean and tidy as the hotel is relatively new. There’s a good size gym and although the pool size isn’t great, there’s great views of KL city from the pool area.

Let's read it! 1. The location is very close to the Lalaport. Haaaa, the front of the hotel is a bridge that connects the Furama Hotel with Lalaport. Lalaport is a shopping mall developed at the Pudu Prison site. Seriously this mall is so big! 2. Almost all reviews I read say that the mattress is padded. Of course yes! Oh God, it feels like I'm lazy to check out. Very soft. It seems to be lying on a soft but solid cotton blade. 3. The pillow is fluffy. There are four pillows in all. 4. The room is comfortable. 5. Mercure Kuala Lumpur is located nearby Imbi and Bukit Bintang major attractions. There are convenience store just across the hotel. The hotel has a modern and cosy ambience. The floor is carpeted. I just wish they have a plain carpet instead because the abstract carpet makes the hotel looks less exclusive. The rooftop pool is on the 20th floor. You will get a view of KLCC and Menara KL as soon as the elevator door opens. The pool is not really big but there are ample amount of lounge chairs for visitors to sit. They have upper deck at the pool where you can get a wider view of the city and you can definitely see Menara 118 from the upper deck. Overall, i hope the hotel will do more on the exterior of the hotel to make it look more exclusive and match the vibe of the city.

The breakfast options are very rich. Although I want to try different foods every day, my favorite is the local fried rice noodles. The hotel is also conveniently located with lots of shops and restaurants nearby so I can explore whenever I want. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!

Overall happy with the room and staff of this hotel. Would like to specially compliment Aathif for making our check-in a breeze and planning the room surprise for my bf’s birthday. Room is spacious and clean, with full amenities. Location wise may not be the best, but it’s ok as grab is easily accessible.

Numerous of popular eateries at surrounding area, close to convenient stores, Monorail & LRT Station, it's really convenient! The accommodation was excellent and comfortable with great amenities, I really appreciate that there has a water dispenser in the room, thumb up! I love the decoration and ambience of the room..The room is stylish and colorful. There is also a comfortable sofa for you to relax. My room is connected to my friends room. The white colour design makes the room look bright and clean. I love their rooftop swimming pool and big gym fully equipped. I have tried the restaurant on the higher floor. The price isn't cheap and the food quality is just average. Do head on to the hotel to experience it yourself. #bucketlistreboot
